Jayvee Olfindo, RCIC
Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant · RCIC # R711813

Olfindo Immigration Consulting Corporation, operating under the trademark brand OLCORP.ca, was founded and incorporated by Jayvee Olfindo on August 30, 2021, in the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada.

Jayvee earned his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the Philippine School of Business Administration. Prior to immigrating to Canada, he built an extensive professional background in the Philippines, working for eight years in the financial industry with a U.S.-based outsourcing company that is part of the Fortune Global 500. In his final role as an Accounting Team Leader, he gained the skilled work experience that later qualified him to immigrate to Canada through the Economic Class – Federal Skilled Worker Program.

Together with his common-law partner, now his wife, Jayvee arrived in Canada in 2015. They both pursued careers working for government-owned corporations in Canada and Saskatchewan.

Driven by his passion for immigration and helping others achieve their Canadian dream, Jayvee pursued further education in Canadian immigration law and practice. Through an accelerated pathway, he completed the Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law from the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC) e-Academy within one year — all while maintaining full-time employment at a federal Crown corporation and raising two children. During his studies, he also completed a course in Introduction to Legal Principles, Thinking and Reasoning through the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies.

Jayvee successfully passed the Entry-to-Practice Exam administered by the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), now known as the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), in April 2021. He officially received his Authority to Practice in October 2021 after meeting all regulatory requirements to become a licensed Canadian immigration professional.

Today, Jayvee is a licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), Foreign Worker Recruiter, Notary Public, and Commissioner for Oaths in the Province of Saskatchewan. As of writing, he has successfully represented more than 300 approved immigration applications, with extensive experience in SINP nominations, visitor visas, work permits, and permanent residence applications.

Beyond his professional career, Jayvee also pursued one of his lifelong dreams in aviation. He completed a pilot training program at the Regina Flying Club Flight School and earned his Private Pilot Licence, allowing him to independently operate aircraft and carry passengers. Although becoming a pilot was once his dream profession, Jayvee ultimately chose a path that allowed him to prioritize family life and spend more quality time with his loved ones.

Outside of work, he enjoys photography, content creation, and sharing knowledge through social media and video blogging. His YouTube channel, "WalkingJ Canada," reflects his passion for inspiring and helping others navigate their own journeys toward success.

"Run for your goals because life is time-bounded. If you get tired, just walk to keep going — but never stop."
